第二章 任 用

第七章 离 职
第一条 员工有下列情况之一者,应予停职: (一) 有违犯本司规章的嫌疑,情节重大,但尚在调查之中,未作决定者。 (二) 违犯刑事案件,经司法机关起诉,判刑但未确定者。 第二条 前条各款如经查明,无过失或判决无罪者,可申请复职,如准予复职,除 因非本身过失而致停职者外,不得要求补发其停职期间的薪水。 第三条 在停职期间,薪水停发,并应即办理移交。 第四条 公司因业务紧缩,或因不可抗力停工在一个月以上者,可随时裁遣人员, 但解雇人员时,应事前三十日预先通告。员工对于其所承受工作不能胜任时,本司 亦可随时解雇,并在三十日前预先通告。 第五条 员工在接到前条预告后,如另谋工作可于工作时间请假外出,但每星期不 得超过两日工作时间。
